市中心地段熱鬧出入交通都很方便，房間很大舒適，工作人員很熱情幫我們找來中文翻譯，還非常熱心幫我打印了登機單，唯一欠缺的是我們住的房子靠馬路晩上有點吵

入住時二個職員態度很差而且完全沒有笑容，好像客人在求他們。但check out時的職員又OK，所以服務質素參差不齊，總體一般。房間大小算是OK，廁所極為迷你，這酒店就是用於睡覺，談不上舒適。

位置特別好，距離斯坦利公園很近，也是溫哥華一日遊可接送酒店的範圍。酒店建築是有年代的老建築，外部不起眼，內部卻很獨特。房間很乾凈。特別稱讚前台工作人員，會講中文的華裔的兩位先生特別有服務意識。

I went to this hotel on 14th of April with my wife for US visa interview in Vancouver. We reached there midnight after informing them prior as our flight was delayed by 2 hours. The guy from Srilanka who helped us at reception was so rude. Very rude and unprofessional. We were not allowed to ask any questions its because of the way he responded to our questions. We were so upset and I am not recommending this location. Poor and worst hospitality.

酒店前台收刷了我50加幣的費用説是做客房按金，説退房時可以退我！可是第二天退了房後並沒有退我50加幣按金！體驗感太差了！
